Scroll Wheel for zooming/scrolling doesn't work on PC

Description of the Bug:
When using the scroll wheel in the game, nothing happens. In previous versions using the scroll wheel would zoom in/out the camera and scroll in different menus (although slowly)

Steps to Reproduce:
Open the game in Google Play Games PC and use the scroll wheel to zoom in something while at an airport as an example

Additional Notes:
Scroll wheel before 3.6.0 would did zoom in/out, aka, it worked in previous versions

You assigned key bindings, now you have two options:
a. for the zoom use 123 on the top of your keyboard (not numpad)
b. reset key bidnigs and dont use them
