Support not responding

Hi

I have sent a email to the help a support a long time a go to help me get my account back because I have change Phone. But it seems like they are ignoring my email and i cant send multiple because they wont see it. I would like any response by them and i really want my account back. Just feel a bit ridiculous that i cant get it. I hope somone can respond to me.

What phone did you change to, and what was your old phone?

My old phone was a iphone 11 to a galaxy s 25.

Shifting account from apple to android is not easy, manually they have to shift data, make a forum bug report under the support and help section

I know that. That why i have sent them a email and i havent even got a email back. Its nearly been a month.
