Description of the Bug:
The runways in use do not match the METAR. Checking the Metar data on metar-taf.com, everything matches: the wind direction, the temperature and the weather, even the windsock points where it should, but the track is incorrect, as it is always the same in the game.

you have set your hour to 22hr which isnt the current time in the current airport. change it to zero and it would be more accurate.
