Good morning, since you want to make the game as close to real life as possible, do yourself a favor, remove this time limit between one flight and another, you send a flight then you have to wait 30 minutes for the next one or depending on the size of the plane, it takes even longer.

Time limit has to stay - otherwise everyone will send 10-20-30 planes of same size to only one destination (most profitable one).
When maintenance is introduced new destinations will also come.

there is no way to decrease this time, because it takes too long to do the connection missions
