I do believe that Traffic should have the delay but for some people, I believe that traffic delay should be able to turn off and on. I sometimes would like to see traffic build up or delay. There should be a setting in the start menu to turn off or on the delay. I think it’s a good idea for people who play this game a lot and it might not look realistic but it’s fun for some people.
