[UI] - Add option to Allow/Forbid contract types (player/fleet/Airline) to be assigned at stands

Add an option to allow/forbid certain contract types to be assigned to specific stands. This would be an addition to the current system where we can already allow/forbid certain sizes from stands and allow/forbid PAX or CARGO for stands that can accommodate both

When opening the ‘select allowed stand classes”, it will now also offer to include/exclude Fleet Planes, Player Contracts and Airline contracts.

:balance_scale: Why is this a good idea?
What improvement would this bring? Better usability, realism, fun factor, accessibility?

While some of this can be achieved through the Schedule, the schedule still requires a lot more micro-managing and comes with its own limitations.

This would allow a player to dedicate a section of their airport (or a specific terminal) to only service a specific type of contract (e.g. their own fleet) without having to micro-manage each contract and schedule it to the correct stand - this would therefore be a middle ground between no stand management at all and the schedule system.
