[UI] - Hard Lock Camera on planes

Clearly describe your idea or the change you’re proposing.

Add an ability to “hard lock” the camera view on a plane so we can keep the focus on the plane while still handling other planes by clicking on the cards.

Explain how this would be implemented from a gameplay or UI perspective.

Clicking the “center camera on object” button twice would now lock it to that view until manually unlocked by clicking it a third time.

What improvement would this bring? Better usability, realism, fun factor, accessibility?

I think it’s enjoyable to watch a plane do its whole routine from landing to departure, but the current system forces you to constantly re-center the camera on the plane if you handle any other planes, either because you have the center camera option always on, so you’re jumping to the other planes, or because it unlocks the camera when selecting an other plane.

This will cause instability in the game. Intensify the pressure on algorithms.I don’t think a hard camera lock is a good idea. It would add too much rendering pressure and could make the game lag, especially when the airport is busy.

None of what you said makes any sense. It’s already currently possible to do exactly what I said, except you have to do it manually.

In addition to this suggestion, I wish there could be a way to turn off auto zoom-out when following a plane that gets closer, its really annoying when I’m watching a plane land up close but then the camera zooms way out.
