Platform:

Game Version:
Can’t get into the game to tell you

Airport:
Irrelevant

Description of the Bug:

Every single time there’s and update through Google Play, it claims my device doesn’t have enough memory and demands that I uninstall literally every app installed - from other games to Discord to news feeds - the “Continue” button is only active if I leave every box checked to uninstall everything. Now, I know full well there is plenty of memory. I even have a 125 gig memory card and it STILL dfemands I uninstall everything or else the download just says “Pending” with that circle spinning around. I’m so TIRED of this. So far it EVENTUALLY deems to let me update it, but I have NO idea how or why it just suddenly relents … but I still have to wait and wait and wait. I don’t even know why it might suddenly work, but this shouldn’t be happening. NONE of the other games or aps do this. They update just fine. It is ONLY WaW that does this. I’m really sick of having to fight with this thing and having to wait an unknown number of hours/days for it to work. Obviously something is abysmally wrong with how WaW detects available memory as it is wrong literally 100% of the time.

Steps to Reproduce:
There are no steps. All one has to do is hit “click” update and I get the window with every ap on my device selected for deletion. “Here are aps you may not need” and if I deselect even ONE of those aps, the “Continue” button disappears so I can’t download the update. If I cancel the uninstall window completely, it just says “Pending” with the spinning “wait” circle with only “Uninstall” and “Cancel” as options for the game.

Screenshots or Videos (if available):
I shouldn’t need them, it’s not a graphics glitch.

Additional Notes:
Any other relevant information or observations?

This is a Google issue and not a game issue, I get that it’s only the game but yeah, nothing the devs can do

Do you have available memory in your device? You said you have free memory in your external memory card, but many apps require the available space to be in the internal memory because of performance issues.

Check Settings/Storage in your Android device. If you don’t have free internal memory available, that might be the root cause of all your issues: update and disconnection. I’d then recomend you freeing some internal space either by deleting things or moving them to your external memory card.

I word of advice: I recommend making a backup of any important data you’ll move into the external memory card before moving it. Memory cards aren’t as reliable as the internal memory, you may end up losing all your data if the external memory card malfunctions.
