Livery Details
One of the earlier Virgin Atlantic liveries, smaller text with the band around the red on the aircraft’s tail and the Union Jack on the aircraft’s winglets.

Why should this livery be added?
Adds more variety of liveries for Virgin Atlantic, adding one of their older liveries making a change from the current livery we have on the other Virgin Atlantic aircraft. It could be useful as an event arrival at numerous airports, or an additional level reward at LHR as the livery was once a common sight there.

Honestly, I think it should be a standard contract. At the time of their retirement in 2020, a portion of the 747 and a340 fleet still had this livery.

It wasn’t this version, there was a livery between this and the current one that had a different tail design where it almost looks as if it fades into the silver.

Not that I’m aware, I know someone suggested the special livery that was based on it but not the standard version, at least for the 747.

Think Virgin livery needs redoing as it seems too silver on the B789 and a350-1000.
