At IAD my brand new 737 arrived, when taxiing of the runway she was halted due to a CRJ-700, the watersalute however already began.
Before she was able to continue, the water salute stopped already, meaning that not a single drip of the watersalute touched the aircraft 
It is not a major bug (maybe not even a bug at all since it is pure a timer) however it is quite sad to see

Not a bug, just unfortunate. Maybe there should be a little ‘pad’ that when the plane passes deactivates the water salute…

Maybe they save water (they anticipate very dry year due to super hot winter this year).

Haha well as far as I know… IAD is not Capetown 
water shouldnt be an issue there… I just think they wanted to play some more games… apperently more important then welcoming my new aircraft ofcourse haha
