What am I doing wrong?

I just started the game but no matter what I do my very first plane ALWAYS ends up in the red zone no matter what upgrades i buy.

I handle everything as soon as the timer hits 0:00

Can someone tell me what I’m doing wrong so I can stop restarting please?

Upgrade every service. Once done purchase more vehicles. Then do whatever you want.

Make sure you are increasing the number of services available along with upgrades. Upgrading one or two services to the max might do the trick as it will compensate for other slower services.

Just keep at it, you will get the hang of it. Its not very complicated.
