Yea I think one was unfill and refill but makes sense and I though catering also adds drinks

it’s s water service that provide for drinkable/fresh water ( i.e for making coffee or tea ).
lavatory service just provide water for flushing toilet.
catering can provide a drinkable/fresh water, but only in package (bottle)
