When will the A380 and B747 update finally come out and Frankfurt Airport?

Nobody knows. Only mention of the 747 was that it’ll be remodelled at some point this year in the last dev Q&A a few weeks ago.

Nothing has ever been said about FRA to my knowledge, so don’t expect it until something concrete comes out (if it is added in the future).
