#29 Next in Line – Aircraft, Features, and a Few Surprises

The generic airport in that image is CNN, a small airport in india. That is coming in version 3.3.0, likely in the next month or so. HKG is coming around the end of the year, likely in 3.4.0

I hope dev can significant increase the maximum of purchasable airport equipment for HKG coz I am going to buy 1000+ handling crew!

I have a feeling that Hong Kong won’t come at the end of the year but on the anniversary of the game, there’s still plenty of time for that to happen, I don’t know, it’s a feeling, we’ll see, it will be interesting to see that airport.and the new aircraft

Also, that’s exactly 1000 USD at current exchange rates lol

That strikes me as a mildly unnecessary use of money lmfao

How much will the airport actually cost, in terms of golden airplanes?

Is that really needed? I suppose you can keep every inbound aircraft being handled immediately after they are ready if you have 750+ in total, even only play with the largest jets…

Massive overkill i agree. i like having enough crew to keep it ticking but not too many that i handle them too quick and the airport constantly seems empty. iconic part of HKG is all those freighters lined up

Shame we don’t have the C919 for HKG.

At some point I just keep a lot standing after handling, ready for pushback. I send away the ones I feel like and the rest keep the airport looking busy and alive.

yeah i usually clear any outstanding when i first go on or plan to go on. then just set arrival and pushback ATC and leave the ipad running for an hour before i actually planned to play. its great then picking it up and spending the first few mins looking around the airport at whats in

What livery sir very one most excited for

Shouldn’t be very empty. The problem with LHR is predominantly the runway operation. If LHR implements the peak hour operation with two runways both for landing and takeoff, it could be significantly mitigated.

We don’t know the runway operation for HKG but I suggest it could be the peak hour one with northern for landing, central for takeoff and south mixed. Should have even better efficiency than BKK.

Nah, we shouldn’t be ashamed by anything. One dude handling all models and skins, he’s a proper trooper and I think should be given a good pat on the back for his work. Also, you’re right on the A330, HKG is a breeding ground for them, coming out of the woodwork everywhere you look.

Gonna have to quote your own words here, but just because you want the a330neo doesn’t mean the devs are obliged to make it. Not that I don’t want the a330 but it goes both ways. At the end of the day the devs are only obliged to build what they want to and the fact the listen to us is a privilege

Building any module, developers are following their own steps, we don’t need to rush, we need to be a little patient.

This is just a total rage because you wanted the A330neo instead of the Comac C919. Shame on you for raging at someone about commenting on an airplane that isn’t even in the game, whereas the A330neo has its other variations, like the A300, A330-200, and A330-300. Like seriously, dude. Ought to keep off the forum if you’re talking down to people like that.

Missing the point, C919 actually flys into HKG with China Eastern. Cathy Pacific don’t have their A330NEOs yet. Maybe devs are doing too much with so little crew their so many airlines in the game that aircraft that fly to these airports but are not in the game Qatar Max 8 for example and yes you are right A330NEO should be next aircraft out.
