Oh I interpreted that as erjs being 135-145, and new gen being E1, given they never mentioned the E2 and no livs for it now

I interpreted it like that myself, I am surprised that the E-Jets have come along so quickly, especially as we’ve only seen the ERJ-145 up until now, and I was half expecting that to come first based on the devblog.

I have a few questions… I probably won’t get an answer, but I don’t understand the current concept.

We have received the complete A350, B787, A320 (all of them!), B777, B767 at the SAME TIME. According to the latest announcements, only the B748 and B748F will be reworked… no other model of the 747 family. Now I thought that all E-Jets would be revised and, for example, the missing E2 would also come…
Now the developers could argue that they are saving time by reworking the most important models that need it. I am absolutely no specialist and I definitely don’t notice any serious differences to the original, but I classify the models into 3 categories:

1st: V1, square turbines and no real cockpit window = unplayable

2nd: V2, not 100% round turbines but a real cockpit window = ok to good

3rd: V3, perfect model = fantastic!

With the A330, it was said that the model was too good to be revised in the near future, so no A330neo for the time being. So why is a really acceptable Embrear model now being reworked and not presented with the beautiful E2?

I thought the focus would be on all V1 models and/or new models.

However, I am sure that we will soon understand the concept even without an answer. Thanks for your hard work anyway!

Remember 2.4.0? We’ve got only Q400 in this update, we got Q300/200/100 later (in 2.4.4). I think we’ll wait for E2 some time after E-jets remodel, but it will be very short time.

You’re right about that. There are many models that have their small flaws, even the 777 family, which is from v3, has some small discrepancies like the turbines. They are too big to the point where they almost touch the ground. Compared to real life, I know that the turbine size should be almost the same diameter as the fuselage of a 737, but in this case, it has this flaw.

Yea but that’s a minor issue compared to let’s say the dash 8 100-300 and the CRJ200

The devs do there best and they are much better than the v1 models. Yes with player ammount its logic people detect small problems. But overall the planes look really good
