Now that someone mentioned it, the graphics for certain elements have definitely been glitched on “pretty” setting. I’m getting a ton of aliasing on runway threshold and landing point lines. But on some things like roads, not so much. Plane edges and many things diagonal show it. I noticed it at all airports. It seems to be isolated to only certain elements, like concrete, white runway markings, etc. You can tell it’s off because there are other lines of similar or smaller size that are smoothed.
I circled some of the most obvious areas.
Here’s a plane in my hangar on “pretty”:
I sent a report about the graphics myself last night, although I highly recommend everyone who is having the issue to also send it to support@flyboys.games as well, so there’s multiple reports of it for them to work with.
It’s daytime and there’s no weather, so no need for lights. Only in degraded MVFR, IFR, LIFR, or nighttime will those landing lights turn on. Runways lights are the same. The old way where the game would have the sequenced landing lights anytime someone was landing is incorrect.
Random player arrivals seem to freeze but still get the aircraft once the game has had a reboot. Not sure if it’s just GRU or other airports as well. Anyone else had this problem?
The new delay that makes sure the planes dont take of on the radar direct after pushback works great except that if the taxing to the runway takes too long, the plane will still takeoff on the radar and be on its way to its destination even tho the real plane is still on the ground. This is a problem because when the actually plane takes off, the plane will reset the radar. So if we say the plane had been in the air for 5 minutes in the radar, that 5 minutes will then reset when the plane takes offs.
You should make it so the plane never shows up on the radar unless the airport has been closed (after the pushback + delay) or if the plane had actually taken off. But ofc, if the player closes the airport right after pushback, the delay should still be there
These pictures shows the problem:
First two pictures are before takeoff and the two last pictures shows after takeoff.
I think that’s a new feature. It’s like the 757 still backtracks half way but the. 767 goes to the end of the runway even though both are D planes
I noticed it at BRI as well that the CRJX goes to the exit that the C planes go to
Personally I like this new way and wouldn’t change it cause the CRJ in general rolls out like a C plane
if it was a feature, why do some CRJ9s and CRJX do it, but not all of them?
My suspicion (i didn’t pay attention when it was happening) is that it happens to planes that are assigned to the larger stands that accept D planes - but I’m not sure.
