SIN-NGO is on the upper limit of the E190-E2 range. In real life you’d have to block the number of seats / cargo to be able to operate that flight. While it’s technically possible, it’s very unlikely. You can obtain the TGW E290 at BKK.

I’ve tried WAW and KRK from LHR and BRI and haven’t found it either. It seems to not have been added as contracts, though it is listed in WoApedia.
