Yes was delivered in December.

Already been done, guess you wasn’t around when they did KLM A321NEO and Emirates A350 they wasn’t done as request on forum, but as they was coming out they did them.

It is possible that some of the coatings have already been completed and are only reserved for the next update or even for a future day.
