Iād imagine they are referring to the event arrival posts the devs make in stories, theyāve been playing around with different styles this past couple of weeks by the looks of it (the little info cards the livery gets displayed on). Nothing to do with BKK.

They always switch to this dark style before releasing major events.
Nope they havenāt before, itās always been the light blue background as far as Iām aware, up until today at least. Iāve been checking them daily for a while now. They could have changed it in correlation with the games fifth anniversary next week but the likelihood hood it has anything to do with BKK is next to nothing.

Thatās the release notes, they arenāt related to the event arrival posts. Possibly changing it to standardise the colours they use.

Also is the 777 coming this month or next month?
That depends on the release date of 2.5, 777 will be included in the subsequent minor updates
looks like the third runway is in use, will they start remodel the airport with the third one in use before the release?

No, currently there will only be two tracks available in the game. The third item may be improved through subsequent minor maintenance
That sounds like they made a āmore workā decision. I thought they will model it out but just not make it in use 
But itās hard to say, because theyāre not following the norm at all now
As we know currently, they donāt intend to include it on release. However, thatās not guaranteed.

If the BKK airport does not arrive, then another airport called Južna amerika SCL will also arrive. It would be great for those who are waiting for the new BKK airport. Which airport will they broadcast during the game?

The livery is in game, if itās not there then itās a bug, thereās no way it doesnāt come
