Could be an unpainted compass pad, there’s also a painted one at MCT
I doubt it’s a helicopter pad considering it’s the size of an A380
If it’s not I have no idea because compass pads are the only use I can find for these things unless it’s it’s an engine test pad?

There’s also designated areas for hazardous cargo (like explosives such as weapons or batteries or fuel and such), although that’s more a military airport thing.
