General discussion

Im already frustrated at CPH and this is after many attempts at it, did anyone completed all the levels right until DUB?

Nice idea, but it’s far too difficult and stressful for me to enjoy and keep playing. Got to AMS and giving up after 20 attempts. The “boosters” aren’t really doing anything much either.

If you dial down the difficulty and stress factor by quite a lot I’d be happy to keep playing this but in its current form that’s the end of the runway for me as I’m looking for a nice game to relax to, not stress out about. Back to WOA!

So I’m a little intrigued by something in the scrap it game that not a lot of people are talking about.

One of the smallest planes we get to scrap in the game is a Cessna Citation 560. I’m wondering if this is any indication of the devs wanting to maybe peruse working more on GA soon ?

I know it’s only a tiny 2D model, but we can still speculate.

Once you pass Milan you get to the military airport. Though I do think it’s just for aesthetic purposes lol.

So I’ve played up through Brussels and I think it’s a pretty darn solid game. Enjoyable mechanics, clean UI, etc. It’s not something I will ultimately stick with as I find the pace borders hectic at times which detracts from the puzzle nature of it. Maybe in my younger years the need for speed would be more enjoyable!

A few things that I would consider if this game stays in development:

  1. I would slow down the time for the normal mode, and keep the speed running aspect with the super tight times.

  2. I think a Google Play / Apple GameCenter leaderboard would be awesome! Fastest time wins in spreedrun mode.

  3. A lot of these kinds of games will have an infinite play mode where things keep randomly spawning, and I think some of these levels would be really fun to see how long you can last.

  4. It seems that, at least on Apple, I can’t transfer progress between devices so a cloud save function tied to GameCenter / GooglePlay would be excellent so you don’t have to restart based on device, etc.

Overall, well done Devs! I enjoyed this game far more than I enjoyed Flyboys. And I will for sure be leaving a nice review and a solid 4* rating. I do hope this game stays further in development. Thanks for the bit of a distraction this evening.

TLS is definitely possible, ive gotten almost all the way there. just have the final little bit of spacing to sort out but ive gotten through all the annoying bits

Madrid is actually impossible. 3 A340s make it so you can’t get the ATR’s round unless you block the scrapping areas.

MAD took me the most time to figure out the solution. Probably THE level that gave me the adrenaline with multitasking the shuffling of the A340s, the queuing of the smaller planes and the placement of the arriving planes. Scrapping planes just before the end of their timer doesn’t help as well. Thankfully the last part of the stage is merciful with the last planes having no timer so it was such a relief after having to do everything right

I agree that the game is unbelievably hard…

I agree. I think making people play around this way is better than making it very difficult…

also do the other regions unlock once you unlock every European airport or is it pay to play for the American region.
