separate update later after ZRH
I donât know of any signs that point to them being close together
Hi Charlie, I want to ask why there are no additions to the MD11 livery?
Because we work on A340 and B747 Liveries.
@Charlie what will be the next scheduled airport rework after PRG?
It should be Bari and then IAD
Ah ace, not to be a pain but is ZRH at the end of May and then PRG remodel some point after that? And thanks for the confirmation, less hair will be lost on the forum ![]()
We donât know that they are doing them in order tbf. NGO is probably most desperately in need.
Yes, there is no official confirmation yet, we should just wait for the information ![]()
Iâm really looking forward to the san diego remodel
Itâs still a long way off but Iâm really looking forward to it
Im looking forward for the PRG rework and SYD whenever that comes in
SYD was only updated last year wasnât it?
Honestly I think that the thing I am the most excited for is the iad stand corrections. Would make it the best airport in game by far for me personally.
I think the model stayed the same though. That being said I think the models for SYD and everything after that is fine, just maybe a few more shared stands can be addded.
Only the stands were updates
Seems like the quality of the airports is also being updated so it could get one at some point especially with the dual runways
This is something Iâve wondered but with LHR, both LHR and SYD would flow a lot better if they had dual runway arrivals, and both airports do seem to do it fairly regularly (LHR being early morning and the odd random arrivals during the day by the looks of it).
One though thatâs come to mind though, wouldnât the arriving aircraft need to spawn a lot further out for the other runway at SYD, given theyâd have to fly over the domestic terminals in the airports current configuration?
Yeah same here, in my eyes SYD is just a case of one runway being used for all cargo and international terminal departures whilst also being the airports only arrival runway, which really can slow it down compared to other airports weâve got.
Then youâll have two runways backed up with departures waiting in the queue
And Sydney uses dual runways on a regular basis, LHR doesnât do it as often.
Peronally, Iâm still on the fence about LHRâs dual runways
Yeah I was watching LHR the other week on livestream and was waiting for the 15:00 change which never came, it also didnât come at 16:00 and I noticed that even though they were all lined up landing on the North runway, with takeoffs on the Southern one, a Virgin 789 landed on the Southerly runway just at random. Seems odd.
SYD needs that second runway and tbh it has all the taxiways to keep them separate. Would speed the airport up massively.
I donât think so. It would be over the general area and might cut a bit close to some of the remote stands but overall it flies a little to the left of the terminal.
Yessss!!! IAD needs that stand update!
