I believe they are referring to the seasonal base they have at ZRH, so contracts to destinations like PMI.

HER, IBZ, KGS, LCA, PMI and RHO only during the summer season, FRA year-round.

From LEJ, seems Eurowings hasnât been added to any other airports though, itâs just been added to existing routes.

It just changed for me here. Now the METAR indicates landing on runways 14, 16, and 28 in ZRH.

I also saw that runway operation just now. Seems planes land on Runway 14, narrowbodies take off on 28. Maybe widebodies take off on 16.
