General Pre-Release Discussion

Just to help calm things down a bit :slightly_smiling_face:

Tone matters a lot in communication — and in written messages, tone is often hard to interpret. Please keep that in mind.

We do listen to our community and we truly value your feedback. However, we will never rush features or updates just to satisfy short-term expectations. Releasing an update full of bugs would not help anyone.

Updates will come, and new content will come — but on our schedule and in a controlled, stable way, so we can maintain the quality and reliability of the game.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

I would be really interested in what the process is for creating the models, and how airports are created. It’s obvious there’s a ton of work that goes into these and am always surprised how much when the details are shared! Could be a fun series of posts too?

We will do a podcast where we will talk exactly about that, aircraft and airport creation process.

@Charlie Whatever happened to that airport you was working with an airline with?

Yellowknife? Fair question. I’m assuming that with nothing ever announced beyond a gif, it was probably shelved.

Which be sad if that’s the case, would’ve been a good airport.

Could someone please let me know of the significance of Yelloknife, as looking at it its smaller than SXM with around 8 stands.

I am not saying i wont mind a tiny airport, but I would like to know why people want it?

Just a change of pace, plus some fun scenery, planes, and airlines

Because small airports can create interesting gameplay

At small airports, how to operate efficiently with limited resources is key, but Yellowknife’s greatest selling point is its auroras - so nighttime displays would be absolutely perfect.

Back in September 2024 the development team posted this

Having Yellowknife would be brilliant as you have DC-3, L-188 Electra, B737-200s plus other combi aircraft.

It doesn’t have eight stands all dependent on aircraft type and as they saw in September 2025 it can handle a B777.

I know the 737 Classic, NG and MAX are coming but is the -100 and -200 coming too? I’d love to see an Air Inuit 737-200C. Keep up the amazing work everyone and remember not to overwork yourselves

I believe they are yes, though likely the majority of liveries will be special like the 747 classics coming soon.

Has to be the A330 remodel, right?
The top looks like a 330-800/900 and the bottom looks like a 330-200/300
