Yeah it is in the micro spoilers aswell. But it is a KLM 777 with a double jet bridge… I havent seen a single KLM 777 at all in game… so 2 new things at once

It is not happening by itself… i saw that once (my plane during landing had enabled handling buttons). But i just didnt press them not to make mess at airport.
Its not replicable often so hard to find reason for it.
