Busy Evening at MCT

The sun sets over the Omani desert. The picture is dominated by the beautiful coloured fleet of Oman Air. The local airline takes up most of the brand new airport building. Only the two arms at the end offer gates for other airlines. The old Muscat airport serves as a low cost terminal and as the hub for SalamAir.

After everything died down the terminal was back to its regular mixed traffic and being largely empty as most of the connecting flights were running late or still in air
