It’s not a good idea to be honest for 2 reasons

  1. We already have an airport in the continent (Nagoya in Japan :jp:)
  2. Large airport is not good as it would slow or even crash phones most phones that players have would have been from the 2010s and also large airport barely gets filled up take LHR it have 100 stands and only 19 or 20 are taken at a time, we would love longer handling 20 for S, 30 for M 45 for L and 60 for X but the Devs refused to do so.

  2. It’s a game, that’s why they won’t change the times, as for the phones crashing, yeah no dispute there

I’d also add that this could be a fun location for the New Zealand Air Force be a special arrival or contract as they were the first to land at the airport!

WHY: This is a small, single runway airport that still has a long enough runway to allow X planes to land and take off. It is positioned in an excellent location between MCT and NGO to allow for M connections to those airports, and its far enough away from Delhi that it shouldn’t encroach on Delhi (given how close the European Airports are) preventing it’s addition if it ever gets taken off of permanent hold. In addition, it provides an opportunity for Seaplanes to be added in game, which the devs mentioned was on their wishlist in a discord, and - as my vocal support of HNL / ANC shows, is a huge desire of mine as well!

I’d rather have an airport like MNL or BKK that could reach SYD for M connections too.

I like the idea of a playable MNL, but I checked and only the neo’s and bigger can reach MNL from SYD, not even the 220’s when they can do transatlantic flights. BKK is farther by 700 nm.

I think GUM is the more apt midway airport as a lot more smaller aircraft will be able to reach it, though still no M cargo planes, at least from SYD.

Variation might be an issue as only a handful of airlines fly there and most are already in-game.

Not much distance from manila but i think cebu would be better. Its a relatively small airport.
