Skylines Aviation Group has sparked outrage in Europe!
Today Skylines Aviation Group has sparked outrage in the European air market after he comment on one of his ATRs leased to Emerald airlines has is also leased to Aer Lingus calling that this aircraft is fat from itâs Registration.
The remarks was made dismay and anger across Europe.
Aer Lingus CEO said that the comments to our baby ATR were totally unacceptable.
While alliance like Black Tails, AWA, Tranquility and so one are worried about comments to there aircraft as most of the alliance fleet are leased from Skylines Aviation Group and may refuse to pay there lease which means that the group may reposed and May cripple the airline economy.
Jet2 and TUI said we wonât be using Skylines Aviation Group aircrafts for our customers until they apologise.
And ASL Group sent a message to Skylines saying: âyou do not have respect to your customers you are just Chartering flight and leasing aircraft to become an all time successful businessâ
Protest are hitting the streets and are urgently calling the Department of Transportation to take strong action against the Avation Group. It will be interesting what will happen next.
Horsepower air has made an announcement relating to the situation:
âwe only had two aircraft leased from skylines, both being a330-200s, however these aircraft are being returned as we speak. We do not agree with what has happened and do not wish to support the company causing thisâ
The two flights operated (SAN-IAD & SXM-TBS) by the a330s have been cancelled until the airline can gain access to similar aircraft from another source

Update on the current situation
The Department of Justice in Dublin will hold a hearing on rude comments against aircraft. Skylines said: we will be investigating on who wrote the inappropriate comments against the little ATR.
9 airlines have sued Skylines regarding yesterdayâs incident this includes:
- Horsepower Air
- Emerald Airlines
- Jet2
- TUI Airlines
- Aer Lingus
- Orange Air
- Primary Air
- British Airways
- Channex Airways
They all demand âŹ100 Million for the lost revenues and flight cancellations.

Skylines has finally came up with a conclusion!
Today after a legal action by the Department of Justice and loads of protest Skylines has launched an investigation and was concluded that the CFO of Skylines Aviation Group (Garry Conway) was found to make fun on several aircraft registration like EI-DVL for Devil, G-TUII for TUI twice and EI-DUO for Duolingo. He was therefore arrested and sentenced to 15 years in prison.
The new CFO (Kate Sheya) has since moved in and has made several reforms and promised new improvement that would make aircraft leasing easier and punish people who makes fun of registrations.
She also said: For those who make fun of aircraft registration, let me say one thing. Ask your parents,ask your sisterâs, ask anyone you know what is your biggest fear. They are afraid of you for everything.
She also introduced a welcome back program which includes 2 Free aircraft for 1 year, free security on board and a ban on fun registrations made public.

Horsepower air has announced that it will not be rejoining skylines leasing, however they have announced they will continue their contract with skylines security, of which they never cancelled
âas much as we do not like what the leasing group did, we cannot afford to lose the security due to multiple reasonsâ
Reference: HorsePower Express 527 KDFW-KORD a group of drunk passengers began a riot that was shortly quelled by two contracted security guards from skylines security
âwe are glad to continue with the security group, however we will not be leasing anymore aircraft from skylines leasing.â
In other news, Hawaiian airlineâs announces that it will slowly begin to retire the 717 and sell to the tranquility alliance, with 80% of the fleet going to horsepower express for inner-continental flights.
And more news for horsepower air as they announce that they âhave hired a new artist to complete our new special livery, and we expect to see a rendition of it released in the new couple of weeksâ

Skylines Leasing is shutting down
Today Skylines Aviation Group has today reviled the situation with Skylines Leasing. The group CEO said due to criticism regarding Wednesday scandal, the profit of Skylines Leasing is at a dangerously low profit as a result it was put up for sale and Aer Cap the largest in Ireland has bought the lesser for âŹ1.5 billion. Aer Cap CEO said for operators who has aircraft leased from Skylines Leasing will remain until 1 April 2024 which is when the merger will be complete and will be transferred into Aer Cap.
Skylines Leasing was the largest lessor in the world since it was founded in 1989 and had over 1500 plus aircraft. It looks like that day is over. The merger will lay off 3000 people working for it. The money that Skylines received would be spilt up 50 percent of the money will be funded to Forum a new company which details are not yet known. 25 percent would be funded to Skylines Security and the remaining 25 percent would be leftover as profit.

Today Orange Air said welcome to the 20th airplane of @ukplanespotter757 at itâs Airplane Maintenance And Regeneration Facility located at IAD. The fleet there ranges from iconic AN-225 and Concorde to the E175. Orange Air is responsible for maintaining âmothballedâ planes from All World Alliance members.
The services are provided by Orange Air Ancillary Services (Anser). This subsidiary of Orange Air is specifically created for (non-flying) support of AWA Alliance members. With the upcoming Alliance functions in WOA, Orange Air is poised for the challenges that brings us.
