As per this post from 10 days before yours, [Other] - Ground Vehicles Should Not Spawn Instantly , the vehicles are linked to the aircraft type and stand type and are not a separate entity. It would require an astronomical amount of work to make the vehicles dependant on the airport infrastructure which is different for every stand. It would put a lot of strain on a simulation already struggling with IAD. I’d personally love to see the mobile lounge at Dulles but it would be too much work to implement. I do admit that it is strange to see them vanish like Scotch Mist but it’s something that isn’t within the games scope sadly.
