Is that a Dev?
No
Ok ok, but I gave my opinion!!!
I would choose to believe only what devs say. But hey, thanks for the input.
The fact next airport is Santiago Chile. Passes that airports can be next to each other now.
What? Next airport is Santiago Chile? Wow, it is nice one.
I mean Santiago and Sao Paulo are 2575 km apart from each other, while Bangkok and Singapore only 1400km. It’s almost double the distance. But seeing how close some EU airports are in game, it can definetly be feasible. Although I’d like some more empty spots to be filled first before we go too close to current airports
I agree to that, that empty spots should be filled first. Let’s say…middle east…maybe.
MCT: exists
I would think we need Africa before another SW Asia
I was about to say mct seems to get forgotten a lot
Yes like South Africa and a Canadian airport.
Yeah, we have MCT, but in my mind I had Istanbul airport and Cairo… Hmmm…but I agree to that, that we neee African airport. Cairo is my idea.
Do you mean by the terminals at SIN, if so, there is a future T5
Maybe in 2026 or 2027, SIN might be added (hope with the viewpoint at T1)
I will so look forward to this!!
Also, T5 will provide more in-game development, and Singapore is vital in the Sydney-London connection. I think that since we have London and Sydney, we should have Singapore to have more long-haul player contract capabilities.
One problem I found is that if they decide to do Beijing Capital instead, which has around 80 (I think?) more votes right now, because it’s so similar to Changi, they might not do Singapore anymore… We are close to beating Shanghai Pudong on votes, though, so we will end up as second soon enough.
It is true that people vote on which airport they think should be in the game, but the WoA creators ultimately decide for themselves, based on location, importance, attractions, and anything else that helps develop the gameplay. So there is no point in competing, because the creators will ultimately judge and decide.
I would also like to mention that a huge number of Chinese players, the majority of whom are in the WoA forum, voted for this airport (PEK) and if we were to take into account the votes for the election of the airport, it would not be fair, because this airport was voted for by a large majority of Chinese people. Regarding the Singapore airport, I can say the same thing, that it was voted for by a large part of the Asian population on the WoA forum.
I do not want to offend anyone, but I am just presenting my perspective on this situation.
