none of the mods/wiki people were actually 100% sure either lol. Definitely used to be events and possibly supporter/staff unlock? the interesting thing is the 738 is actually still in the game, and there are still some people that have them sitting around. Been a few years since I saw one though. The real question is if they will survive the remodel. I hope so lol, but we shall see.

handling a certain amount of pax would get you the golden 787, 737, and Q400

I remember it was for every 100 planes you would handle you’d get a special golden arrival and i think 1 GP aswell. That was before levels existed and the requirement to advance airports was an amount of pax handled, 27k for BRI 113k for PRG and 250k for IAD iirc.

And it wasn’t just every 100 planes handled, it was if you handled 100 planes to a specific player and specific airport

you would recieve them after a certain amount of passengers moved or the devs would have that as a special arrival isntead of before they did actual airline arrivals.
