Its a Disability assistant vehicle which is designed for people with disability (wheelchair etc) to make it easier to board the aircraft. This could mean that they might add extra time for boarding on some flights.
Not the best pic but heres an example of an OCS DAV on the rear door of a 737 during boarding.

And one before boarding to load the disabled passengers before driven to the rear door.
