You should spend GPs on things you can’t get without them (like airports which you can get through levelling for free). Premium passes are really great, especially if you have a long-term hub you’re playing a lot - there, premium passes are always worth it thanks to handling crew among other things. But if you don’t have any plane unlocked then I would go with that since you get a lot more rewards from those especially in player connections. You also have quite a lot of GPs to spend so something like a B789-A21NY combo is gonna be really great for you

Did you know that an A21NX can also fly from Europe to US? That is the same as the A21NY. Useful fact.

I play IAD a lot, would it be worth to buy the premium pass or unlock the B789 and the A21NY or A21NX

I knew that, the only C planes I use at IAD are the A21NX
Europe to US maybe but there are still many routes the NY can do that the NX can’t (off the top of my head I can think of Europe-SXM, IAD-South America or BKK-SYD), so if GPs aren’t a problem then the NY wins out in most scenarios

At IAD, the premium pass feels way too overpriced (don’t get me wrong, it’s still worth buying but not good compared to other airports) - I mean 110 GPs for nothing too special except the one Concorde you get. Also the A21NY is great out of IAD specifically because it can make South American destinations as well as all playable airports in Europe at great profitability. Here I would also maybe consider an A350 since those can make almost every playable airport (except only CNN) out of IAD too - if that’s in your budget either the -900 or -1000 could be really good for you

I don’t know how player contracts work, do you send them to another player, and then they handle them like a regular contract? And what is my benefit?

Yes, you send them to another player and then they will handle the aircraft for you. The main benefit is that player connections give you the highest tier of rewards (level 10) immediately instead of having to level through the contract (starting from 0/1 to 0/2, 0/3 etc. all the way to 10).
So I can send a plane to another player, and then I wait for them to handle it, and then when it gets sent back to me, I handle it, and send it back to them again?
