New Aircraft Categorization for 3.0

Here is the list of aircraft that are assigned to each of the new categories in V3.0, this will be altered as new aircraft are added or changes are made. This includes all versions in game, even those that are event only, reward or purchasable but does not mean they all are or are going to be at this time.
