You’re right, of course, and I’m sure players are happy that the game keeps being developed and gets free updates. However, the latest update in several areas made the game worse than before, and people are pointing it out. The more people speak up about an issue, the better can the developers understand that this is something that a lot of players are unhappy about. Almost all of the comments in this thread have been very constructive in their criticism, pointing specific things out and even explaining how it could be fixed.

Hi everyone,
New in this forum but I play WOA since end last year. Most my airports are 3 star or near to this. Play since the new release came out and I can just say it’s a huge improvement. I do see many small details that are not mentioned in the comments. Pax walking in the jet bridges, filter for event planes, most airports have more plane types now with the new gate system. Also the clearance for take off is more realistic with the extra step.
Thanks you for the hard work development team !! Amazing job! Very nice new airport with a good flow of planes in and out.
I did some investment in the game again, the airplane packages and some gold planes to show my appreciation of this free to play game.

So far I had just a few minor:

  1. the hourly refresh for player contracts does not always pickup
  2. the picture of GRU is wrong in the opening screen.

Pretty sure coming period small tuning will come, let’s be a bit patient and first play more to have a solid feeling how the improved UI works. Like many said, after few hours things get smooth.

Disagree, i see more turn and burn than waiting to takeoff in real life. But maybe thats are the airport streams i look at or real life airport visits

how do you get this view, is this already included in 3.0.0?

it’s not in this version, but pretty sure they said it will be added in future versions

It’s funny how 5 handling crew= 1 hour cooldown but it’s actually 1 day, meanwhile 3 handling crew= 4 hour cooldown that it’s accurate.

The time icon on top is duration, cooldown time was never mentioned..

Yeah I mean that, the duration.

No, the 1 hour is how long the 5 handlers will be available.

Some basic things that can make the game more “real” after update that is still not change:

  1. Jet bridge connect to D or larger planes, if it is the only one usually connect to the second instead of the first door
  2. The stopping line on the ground usually ignored by the game ai, they park too close to the building
  3. The angular speed of pushback turning should have some limit.
  4. The acceleration of the plane can be a bit more realistic
    These should be quite easy to do to just make the game much better is watching.

It’s always been like that with cars in Sydney since it was first released.

Seems Tower Manager is slightly delayed at GRU for runway line ups and landings.

Hi everyone - not sure if this needs its own thread or if I can just ask here.

Does anyone know how the search function works on the ‘find a contract’ screen?

It doesn’t seem to be very accurate to me but I’m probably missing something.

I haven’t had any issues with it yet

What do you actually search for in there?

I’ve tried to search a few airlines but it doesn’t show me those airlines in particular.
