If we have to wait that long it kind of sucks but it is what it is. I just hope next time there I a major update that will attract lots of hype they post the liveries closer to when the update is actually coming because this gave the impression that the update is coming soon.

Just my thoughts and assumptions: if something were to be added, I’d say it’s most likely livery customization. But this is only speculation, not facts or confirmed info about the update. The Instagram video about liveries could have been a hint — or maybe it was just a simple video.
Either way, I’m not going to keep guessing ‘what’s coming next’ and will just wait. Maybe my guess will turn out to be right, maybe not

I think something like this already happened at some point this year, if I’m not mistaken. First they posted the list of liveries, and only later came the changelog, and then the update itself. At least that’s how I remember it.

For reference, the new liveries in 3.0.3 were added on May 23, while the 3.0.3 release notes came on May 28 along with the update itself

Livery customisation is not coming this update for sure, if you see, they posted the available player liveries for A21NY, F70 and F100 which proves its of the old format itself

Not so sure if that is the way it will work. I think that the standard livery sets will still be available aside the “customization option” in the future.

Livery customization was said to still be based on their existing liveries though, so that’s not really confirmation of that

Guys, take it easy — we discovered a major issue in the update, so we’ve had to push things back a bit.
Yes, it’s frustrating, but our goal is to deliver the best possible experience. Just give us a week or two.
Sydney will include all the new features we’ve introduced in the most recent airports — new stands, improvements, and all the latest design quirks. We’re almost there!

I’m off again today and was hoping to enjoy it today but honestly I’d rather suffer and wait 
then have a buggy update so I’ll be patient. Was also looking forward to the new models alongside updated SYD. Still hoping for those power out taxi’s for the smaller props. I just love seeing that over pushbacks lol

I hope they’ve done its correct range of 4,700nmi as with A321LR they didn’t do it at 4,000nmi.

Nice, definitely be getting them. Though do hope XLR has the 4,700nmi range. And surprise no TAM Fokker 100 either as that been good to use as I’m not far from unlocking GRU now.
