You are misinterpreting the issues we have with it. It was expected that the detail would be good. Generic does NOT mean low detail. What it means is that it doesn’t actually match CNN. I would have no issues playing it if it weren’t explicitly called CNN. But there’s no point slapping a name on the airport that doesn’t match what it is in reality.

I am trying to change the wind direction again. It only happened once on the day it first game out while playing CNN.

Is there a button or a switch to change the wind?

This does not work for iOS. Changing the voice in accessibility settings does nothing.

I had an issue with ATC voice, but when I updated my OS to the latest version, my ATC voice came back if that helps.

Well, I don’t know why, but it doesn’t work for me with ATC voices. I’ve updated everything and done it, but I have no idea why it’s like that.

Basically the technic it is using is [Text to Speech] on player’s device.

It forces the device to speak (normally people don’t do that because the have no visual handicap), using the English voice pack (I don’t know what happenes if you don’t have English voice pack, for example if you have Chinese Mandarin or Japanese).

Would recommend to doublecheck if it is configured in to [English (United States)] since I suppose if it is not set correctly, the TTS cannot be initiated by the game and leave you with radio noise.

It seems the changes worked better on Android devices and not good on Apple devices. Maybe because how each system works differently in terms of TTS. :thinking:

Regarding the TTS Text To speach from device to make Radio Tower Commands…

Is there any way I can configure my Android phone to get back to this warm pleasant and calming English Radio Controller male voice before update?

Any switch in the game?

The previous voice made this game magnificent and playing experience was very unique and calming. This would be a great value add if we can select this voice…

Actually this experience of gaming with only radio tower sounds enabled (male voice before update) attracted me to WoA Game and made me spend time and Gold Aircrafts… I miss it very much as this is not the same game without it…

In short you cannot do it in the game, you have to do it at the TTS settings in your phone settings.

To clarify:

The previous radio voice was Build in the game and I can’t reset it from Android Accessibility settings, right?

I mean i have a radio voice, not noise. But the voive is different now and the Android does not have the previous one to choose from.

Yes. It used to be a built-in-game engine but now changed to TTS.

The only thing you can do is play around the TTS settings to see if you get a voice that you are looking for.
