I think it’s time to move this to the good ol’ WOA hot takes thread because that is one of the wildest things I’ve heard in a minute.
I mean to many this is at least a top three if not the best update of all time. Even those on instagram who are usually complaining are satisfied with this update, and yet you call this “half-baked” because a couple of features got delayed(not cancelled, just delayed by a few months if not weeks). I mean I don’t know if you’re a young kid, if you think the dev team is a large company like rockstar, Epic, or supercell, or if you are simply just entitled, but you have no idea how long the devs have worked on this, and if features get delayed, it’s so that they don’t come out “half baked”.
I know everybody is entitled to their own opinions, but this is just borderline disrespectful to the devs time and efforts, and if what they do will never satisfy you, then I’d like to see you try making you’re own game.
Mojang I think has one dude who suddenly remembers he needs to add something to the game to keep Microsoft’s pay cheque’s rolling in so does it akin to a kid doing homework before he gets on the school bus.
Wow now that is one of worse takes on this incredible incredible update. If that’s big of an issue why do you even bother playing it? Sounds like complaining for complaining sake just to be different.
There may be some little gripes here and there but that’s natural, the update is insanely good and will only get better
I understand some criticism is exists, but isn’t this response rather excessive given the developers’ significant contributions to this update?

Yes indeed, no more text space to be wasted on the subject now. What I’m loving is the pure longevity of HKG, I always worry I rush new airports and get to 3 stars and then it’s a bit of a lull. With the size of this combined with the way the scheduling manager will make this airport sooo cool, I’m looking forward to lots of Xmas movies so I can sit in the corner tapping away with my planes. Thankyou devs so much!
Hey, I understand your frustration. However, this is a more aggressive and insulting comment. I, for one, don’t mind the third runway not getting used as it is reverting to real life, as I have been watching Flight Radar 24 and haven’t seen any activity in Landing or taking off.
Sorry to burst your bubble; however, if you’re voicing your opinion, that will discourage others and insult the developers. I think it’s best to just not say anything or to say something a bit more constructive instead of that. If you keep reverting to “your opinion” then you might as well check the community guidelines to see if “your Opinion” is within reason.
This is a place where people are free to share their opinions about things, yes; however, these opinions need to be reasonable. Your comments have both received over 9 replies due to the message you have said. I, for one, and glad HKG is alive and born, and we can play it, and I don’t have any complaints due to it being new.
This forum page is not for complaints or voicing your complaints. It is for talking about the Game and how fun it is and everything about it.
So, I do think I can and should freely express my opinion and criticism here; that’s what this portal is for… especially since I now know that the developers only get their information and suggestions for improvement from us through this site. Apparently, you feel personally attacked for whatever reason. I’m quite satisfied with the update, including the Hong Kong Airport, but I’m still missing a few highlights, and I’m sure I’m allowed to say that.!!
Your criticism is perfectly valid but as I said above, you haven’t provided evidence of what was missing and where.
I also don’t know if it’s a language barrier but your use of ‘half-baked’ is cruel as it insinuates the devs di a half-arsed job and through it out, as in a half-baked loaf of bread or cake where some of it is raw, which is clearly not the case. Furthermore, your use of exclamation points when criticising certain points insinuates you shouting which when used in such a context as this, would come across as you being angry and that is not acceptable on the forum.
Constructive criticism is fine but you must provide evidence as to what you are referring to and if you’re referring to something being missing, you must show where it was written so as to avoid confusion and emphasise your point.

Yes, unfortunately I have to communicate through a translator here, and I’ve noticed that some of the translations are very poor. I’m neither angry nor aggressive; I was simply trying to express my opinion on the new update. I’m truly sorry if it all seems so extreme to you. I think it would be easier to understand if we could communicate in other languages.
I’d rather have more smaller updates as different things are ready rather than going many months with nothing new. It’s not “half baked” if we get a new airport but other planes need more time.
