Description of the Bug:
I pushed backed an A225 from gate X7 at IAD while an A124 from taxiing to a gate, their wingtips collided.
Steps to Reproduce: Push back A225 while an A124 is taxiing to a gate.

Additional Notes: Their wingtips did collide, I was too slow to catch that part.
