You probably have planes assigned to stands which block these two. If you go to the construction menu (where you buy new stands), you will see there are several stands overlapping with these two G stands, so some of them most likely have a plane assigned.

Do you have delivery ATC active? If so, it would continue to assign the stands that are free, so the smaller alternative stands and these big ones would never free up. Just land all the planes that are already assigned there, handle them and once they pushback, these stands will become free.

If you had both of these large stands as well as all the smaller stands that can block them free, there would be no problem. If you have no planes assigned to the stands 113 and 202, then go to the construction menu, click on them and the mutually exclusive stands will be marked red. Then check the marked stands, if any of them will say they’re occupied, you’ll need to handle those planes first before assigning the An-225.
