If you’d like to reset your World of Airports account and start over, we can help — but please read this carefully first.

:warning: An account reset is permanent and cannot be undone.

:magnifying_glass_tilted_left: What does an account reset mean?

Resetting your account will:

  • :cross_mark: Erase all current progress
  • :cross_mark: Remove airports, aircraft, contracts, and purchases
  • :repeat_button: Start the game completely from the beginning

Once completed, the old progress cannot be restored .

:compass: How to Request an Account Reset

If you’re sure you want to proceed, please prepare the following information for our support team:

  • Your player name or Player ID (visible in the top-left corner of the Main Menu — you can copy it using the button there)

Please attach screenshots of:

  • The Main Menu
  • The INN (Innsbruck) airport

These help us verify the correct account before performing the reset.

  • A short explanation of why you’d like to reset your account

:light_bulb: Alternative Option (Recommended)

If you simply want to start a fresh game without losing your current progress , you can:

  • Create a new Google Play Games account (Android)
  • Or a new Apple Game Center account (iOS)

This allows you to begin from scratch without touching your existing account.
