I’m at the Airport IAD Washington. Im waiting so long until the airplane will clear the runway (landing) it make delays for other aircrafts. There is a way to add another runway?

The devs are working on an updated iad. Possible 1 runway will then be added.
Past version the speed of arrival in iad is already increased

4 runways will work when the remodel comes out. It is supposed to come out before the end of the year.

To be clear, this is not the type of game where you can just “add a runway” because it’s specifically modeled on the actual airport. As others have said IAD is looking to get a remodel very soon, but that is a special case, none of the other airports in the game will have that type of ability going forward.
