Airbus & Boeing Packs - Frequently Asked Questions:

  1. What are included in the Packs?
    Airbus Pack:

  1. Do I get one for each airport?
    No, you’ll receive the 10 airplanes listed above (Boeing example: one B748, two B78X and so on) that can be claimed at any airport.

  2. Do I unlock the planes to buy with in-game currency?
    No, you only get the amount listed above (10). You can’t buy more after with in-game currency, and you can’t apply those liveries to your other fleet planes. There’s also a 30 days cooldown to buy another Pack from the same manufacturer, meaning, you can only buy one Airbus and one Boeing Pack every 30 days.

  3. Do I unlock the airplanes themselves if I buy the Pack, like when you buy them with Gold Planes (GP) and Wollars at the hangar?
    No. Buying the Boeing pack won’t unlock the B748, B78X, etc at the Hangar to be bought with Wollars, you still have to unlock them with Golden Planes (GP).

  4. Can I move these planes between my airports?
    No. As of 3.0.1 (April 2025), there’s no way to move fleet planes between airports, and the ones from the Packs are no exception.

  5. Can I buy these Packs with in-game currency?
    No, these planes are only obtainable with real world money.

  6. Are the liveries Pack-exclusive?
    Yes and no. While buying the packs are the only way to OWN the planes with such liveries, owning and/or handling them WON’T unlock their WoApedia liveries! Those 8 liveries are still event-exclusive, and can be unlocked by any player during the daily events (unique landings). The B738 was the first one to appear in game at April 9th, 2025, available simultaneously as unique landing events at IAD, SAN and MSY in celebration of the 737-100’s maiden flight on April 9, 1967.

  7. Are this Pay to Win (p2w) packs?
    No. I’m yet to see anything p2w in this game, but to be clear: they’re just regular planes with a different livery. They have the same stats as the ones you buy with GP in game, or unlock at the airport levels. No extra rewards, no exclusive livery unlocking at WoApedia, no extra revenue, nothing.

  8. Should I buy the Packs?
    If you can afford them, I believe you should! It’s a very small team doing a great job, listening to the community’s feedback like very few do, aiming for everything to be as precise and close to real life as mobile devices can handle with an incredible attention to detail. It’s not about how valuable the Packs are for yourself in the game. It’s about keeping the game free and enjoyable for everyone, and rewarding the devs for their amazing job!
