Overview
The Boeing 747 is just about the most iconic airliner ever created. It was first added to World of Airports in 1.1.7, way back in early 2020, only coming with the 748. Shortly afterwards, the 748F was added, but it would be almost 3.5 years before the next model change. The 747-400 was added in 2.0, becoming the first version 3 model. Another two years later, the 748 and 748F were remodeled to version 3 standard. Interestingly, the old 748F model stayed in the game, and a number of liveries on the former 748F were kept for that model, just the name was changed to the 744F. The 747-400 received a refurbished model & liveries update in 3.4 with the current variants, 744 & 744F, and an inclusion of a new variant, 744BCF, a converted passenger 744 to a freighter.
The Boeing 747 Family would receive another overhaul update in 3.6, which included more new liveries for the current variants in the game and the inclusion of the Boeing 747 Classics which includes B741, B742, B742F, B742SF, B743, B743F & B74S.

Notes
The B748 and B748F was updated to version 3 in 3.1, and the B744 was, alongside the DHC6, the first version 3 aircraft, released in 2.0. The B744F, though, shifted to version 3 model was released with B744BCF in 3.4.0. The B744F was not obtainable as a fleet plane prior to the 3.4.0 update.
The non -400 variants (B741, B742, B742F, B742SF, B743, B743F & B74S) was initially scheduled to be added into the game in the 3.7 update, with the reasoning being the prolonged development of liveries and details of the animations, but due to the postponed release window in the 3.6 update, the classic B747 family was introduced in the 3.6 update along with the A340 family update.
The B744BCF & B742SF is not obtainable as a fleet plane, only for real airline contracts.
