During May, I leave my game on phone background while auto approach and switch app to use. When I came back, the airport (HKG) is soft lock and unable to load in again. Then thank for Charlie on this forum post below:

I finally know what the reason caused the airport soft lock from loading page. However, I tried all method (Emergency Steps) which Charlie talking around, still can’t get access to HKG map.
Then I use “Google Play Games” on my PC, and surprisingly it works, I can take back the access to HKG map. I finish entire progress on my PC then come back to HKG via my phone, and it works and the previous problem all gone and able to access via my phone again.
TLDR:
Using “Google Play Games” on PC to fix Airport issue if Charlie “Emergency Steps” doesn’t work.
