Clean, white fuselage, conveying modernity and simplicity, with the Alaska name prominently displayed in dark blue.

Tail with a blue-green gradient, creating a fluid and elegant effect reminiscent of sky, ice, and ocean — strong elements of Alaska’s identity.

Why should this livery be added?

This is one of the greatest 787 liveries I’ve seen. It’s particularly important given that it’s not the main Alaska livery, but rather uniquely for the widebodies. Means it should hold more importance than just another Alaska 737. (Altho those would be appreciated too haha)

Not gonna lie I hated it at first but now seeing it in real life it’s kinda grown on me…

Still wish they added a constellation of the eskimo man or included him in some kind of way though

This is one of the greatest 787 liveries I’ve seen.

Yeah this one is aesthetically beautiful but I think at the beginning it attracted much criticism around abandoning the iconic logo of AS.

But very happy that it will arrive and probably these planes can depart from SAN?

I doubt they could go from SAN. Alaska intends to only operate them out of SEA for the time being.

Why aren’t they adding it? They used to add the planes that were already in service; they would add one that was going into new service, and now what happened? They should add it.

They will add it. I think currently they’re not adding new liveries to some types as they’re going to update all models with the new door and wheel animations. This is only my thoughts but it’d make sense with the limited amount of new liveries we’ve seen on older models over the last few months.
