[ATC] - Handling delay suggestions/modifications

:bullseye: What is your suggestion?
Adjusting handling delay for pre-departure/pushback/taxi-out/take off. The implementation is appreciated but the execution could use some work.

:hammer_and_wrench: How would it work in the game?
Pre-departure After handling is done (for remote handling, passengers fade out instead of just disappearing), have all doors close first then stairs/baggage equipment reverses/disappears (currently main door is still open as stairs disappear, back door closes first then stairs disappear), and have ground crew walk around to inspect/remove chocks and cones.

Pushback: Remove delay and revert back to old style of having airplane pushback immediately after clicking Pushback (also for Tower when active). When plane pushes back, have maybe ~2 second delay and start engines, one at a time. And after pushback another small delay to remove tug before taxi, as suggested by other member(s). After pushback starts, allow stand to be available as with taxi out.

Taxi out: In this case, keep plane parked for ~2 second then starting one engine, then after idle, have second engine start, and so on. When all engines are on idle, it can taxi out. Stand available as soon as aircraft taxies out.

Take-off: Aircraft lines up as usual but revert back to aircraft starting roll for take off as soon as Take Off is clicked (also for Tower when active), instead of staying on the ground for ~4 seconds. This will avoid too much congestion and keeps the flow going. Allow delay, only when a succeeding aircraft takes off to allow adequate spacing for departure.

:balance_scale: Why is this a good idea?
Adds realism to the game while also maintaining some aspects before the update.
