What is your suggestion?
Select the intersection at which the aircraft will taxi onto the runway for take-off.
How would it work in the game?
You can choose the runway intersection on which the aircraft enters the runway: smaller planes have more options, due to their short takeoff roll, larger planes have less options, varying on their takeoff performance. This can be used to increase the frequency of aircraft taking off (if well managed) or/and as a method to increase earnings: every time an aircrafts uses a longer runway then needed, the airline will pay some money to the player (depending on the aircraft size). Airlines want aircraft to use a longer runway to save money on maintenance and increase engine life and in game they would pay the player if they can use it.
Why is this a good idea?
Firstly, you can manage the aircraft taking off better, they can taxi for less time if you assign them a closer runway intersection. Secondly, if you have less traffic, you do also have the possibility to assign the aircraft a longer runway to get a little money. You can obviously also do that with heavy traffic, but it makes much more sense doing it when you have less traffic .
