Authentication Screen Stuck on iPad Devices
Status: Fix Implemented
Over the past few weeks, some players using iPad devices have reported that the game became stuck on the Authentication screen during startup and could not proceed any further.
After investigating the issue, we believe we have identified the most likely root cause and have implemented a fix.
The solution is currently undergoing final testing and is planned to be included in Update 3.6.1.
What should affected players do?
If you are currently experiencing this issue, please wait for Version 3.6.1 to become available through the App Store and update the game once it is released.
While we cannot guarantee that every authentication-related problem has the same cause, we expect this update to resolve the issue for the vast majority of affected iPad users.
Still having problems after updating?
If the issue persists after installing Version 3.6.1, please contact us at support@flyboys.games and include the following information:
- Player ID or in-game name
- Device model (e.g. iPad 8th Generation)
- iPadOS version
- A screenshot of the screen where the game becomes stuck
This information will help us continue investigating any remaining cases.
