B742 (registration: I-DEMF) - Alitalia “Baci Perugina”

:artist_palette: Livery Details
A special Alitalia livery, introduced in 1997 on a single plane (I-DEMF), following a partnership with Perugina, an italian chocolate company, in order to sponsor the “Baci” (kisses) chocolate candies. The livery echoes the design of the Baci boxes, which are entirely blue with silver stars. so the fuselage was painted entirely dark blue (also in the belly), the cheat line and logo were painted silver, and the words “Baci dall’Italia, Baci da Alitalia” (kisses from Italy, kisses from Alitalia) were added.

The wings also have a livery: both have blue stars painted in the part closest to the fuselage. The left wing has the “Alitalia” wordmark in black, with the inner triangle of the A in red. The right wing has the “Baci” blue wordmark

:pushpin: Why should this livery be added?
Because it’s one of the most iconic, sleek and elegant liveries on a 747

Although this plane was officially delivered as a B747-200 combi, it had a full passenger configuration (C36Y368), and the rear cargo door has been sealed, which is why its outline is not even visible. For the purposes of WOA, it can be considered a normal B747-200.
